As the federal government considers options to reset the economic, financial and tax regimes in a post-COVID-19 era, there is a tremendous opportunity to introduce behavioural economics as a vehicle for encouraging best practices in cybersecurity for Canadian companies.
Our objective is to bring together distinguished leaders in academia, industry and government from Canada and worldwide who provide research, policy recommendations, and analysis on a full range of public policy issues, including defence, national security, technology, and the economy.
Our Selection Committee meets several times per year and recommends candidates to the Honourary Fellowship Company Program. Successful candidates are then invited to participate in publications, guest speakers, or attend other special events. Samuel Associates confers the title of Honourary Fellow to each of our nominated candidates to appreciate their contribution to public policy discourse.

Samuel Associates provides a unique forum for engaging Canadian and international academics, industry executives, government leaders, and subject matter experts on a range of topics and issues affecting Canada and Canadian interests.
We work with scholars and leaders who wish to share their in-depth research, nonpartisan policy analysis, and original perspectives on strategic policy matters through our Policy Insights Forum. To accomplish this initiative, we issue publications, organize roundtable discussions and other company-sponsored events. We also partner with policy think‐tanks and government organizations in Canada, the U.S. and abroad.
