Samuel Client Portal Usage Policy

Access to the SC Portal is limited to authorized Samuel clients and relevant Samuel staff only

2.3. Unauthorized access or attempts to access the SC Portal may result in legal actions.

The SC Portal provides clients with various features, including but not limited to, accessing billing information, client reports, and other information.
5.2. Samuel reserves the right to update, modify, or remove features from the SC Portal without prior notice.

6.     Support:

For technical support or queries related to the SC Portal, clients should use the dedicated support channel provided within the Portal or contact Samuel's customer service.
6.2. Feedback and suggestions to improve the SC Portal are always welcome.

7.     Termination of Access:
7.1.
Samuel reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the SC Portal for any client violating this policy or any other terms of their agreement with Samuel.
7.2. Clients can request the termination of their SC Portal access at any time by contacting Samuel.

8. Policy Updates:
Samuel may periodically revise this policy to reflect changes in our services, the SC Portal's functionality, or regulatory requirements. Clients will be informed of significant changes.

9. Acceptance:
By using the SC Portal, clients confirm their understanding and acceptance of the terms outlined in this policy. Each client is responsible for familiarizing themselves with this policy and adhering to its stipulations.
