About Samuel Internships

This internship program is designed to give eligible candidates first-hand experience in the Government Relations and Strategic Consulting fields.

What you'll do

As an Intern, you will contribute to the work of Samuel Associates and participate in the activities of the firm.


You will work on various projects and conduct client research across multiple industries and subjects. Using the latest technology, you will facilitate client meetings, draft reports and organize client-related events.

What you're good at

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, demonstrate creative passion and have interest in government-related subjects.

Based on your unique qualities, we will do our best to find a position that best suits your skillset and experience across various client projects and intiatives.

You'll work with experts

Our team is made up of diverse, intergenerational individuals who share a passion for learning, professional development and original thinking.

You will work alongside our Senior Associates who are experts in government, politics, defence, security, technology and the economy, and will benefit from their career experience and mentorship.

Qualifications

Open to all Canadian university students in their third and fourth year of study.

Major in business, finance, accounting, economics, politics or a related field

ADDITIONAL

Eligibility

Open to Canadian Citizens, Permanent Residents and students studying in Canada
Must be able to work full-time (37.5 hours/week)
Must be physically located in Canada, or willing to relocate to Ottawa for the duration of the internship program
