
Bryan Robinson is a seasoned business lawyer serving as External Legal Counsel to the Samuel Group of Companies, supporting its operations and client engagements across Canada, the United States, Europe, and Asia. In this role, he advises on complex cross-border regulatory and compliance matters, corporate governance, corporate finance, and international commercial transactions, strengthening the Group’s legal and risk posture as it supports public- and private-sector partners operating in highly regulated and strategically sensitive environments.
Called to the Québec Bar in 2002, Mr. Robinson has dedicated his career to business law, with deep expertise in corporate law, startups, private equity, and sophisticated financing structures, including securities-law compliance and prospectus-exemption analysis. In parallel with his legal practice, he is a long-standing professor at the University of Ottawa and the Québec Bar School, and serves on the boards of several public-interest organizations, reflecting a strong commitment to education, public service, and institutional governance.
