Contracts, Fees and Payment

CONTRACTS
Our contract will usually be in the form of a detailed proposal, including aims, activities, costs, timescales and deliverables. The quality of our service and the value of our support provide the only true basis for the continuity of our business relationships. We always seek, not just to meet our contractual requirements and expectations, but to exceed them.

FEES
Our fees are industry competitive. We provide high quality, tailored, specialized consulting services. As such, we do not offer arbitrary discounts. A reduction in price is only enabled by reducing the level or extent of services to be delivered. That said, we always try to propose solutions which accommodate our clients’ budgets and timelines. We think it is essential to agree on a fee structure clearly in advance so that our clients and we can plan reliably for what lies ahead, and how it is to be achieved. When we are engaged in lobbying activities which are covered by the Lobbying Act, we will not under any circumstances accept success fees which are prohibited by Canadian federal law.

PAYMENT
We aim to be as flexible as possible in the way that our services are charged. We offer clients three graduated fee schedules:

In all instances, we seek to accommodate our clients’ needs. To assist our clients with payment options, we accept company cheques, bank wire transfers and major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and AMEX).
