Announcing the Launch of Our New Samuel Client Portal

As part of our continuous effort to provide the best possible service, the Samuel Group of Companies is pleased to announce the launch of our new Samuel Client Portal, or SC Portal.

The SC Portal will improve our clients' service by increasing transparency, access to information and better workflow collaboration tools. The new SC Portal will be used securely across all Samuel Group of Companies, including Samuel Associates, Samuel Technologies, and Samuel People.

From Wednesday, 1 February 2023, Samuel Client users will be taken to the new help system when logging in to access their SC Portal.

The new Samuel Client Portal support team is available Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (ET), excluding Canadian statutory holidays, or by email at support@samuelclient.com.

The new proprietary SC Portal was developed exclusively by Samuel Technologies and its Digital Solutions Team.
