Samuel Associates Inc.
Samuel Group is pleased to welcome Moses Mubuto, a Grade 11 student at Lisgar Collegiate Institute in Ottawa, as its first high school co-op intern. Moses began his placement in September 2026 and is gaining practical workplace experience as he explores his interest in business.
Moses is building a foundation in business through his school’s marketing program, where he has been introduced to marketing psychology and pricing fundamentals. He is also pursuing a dual-credit course in criminology at Algonquin College. As he considers studying business at college or university, he hopes to gain a clearer understanding of professional expectations and potential career paths.
Through his placement, Moses will learn how organizations communicate, build relationships, and make decisions. Working alongside experienced professionals will give him opportunities to ask questions, take on responsibilities, and strengthen his communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
“Engaging and mentoring young leaders is central to Samuel Group’s ethos. We have a responsibility to create opportunities for young people to learn, contribute, and build confidence. By sharing our experience and giving them meaningful responsibilities, we help them discover their potential. We are pleased to welcome Moses and support his ambitions,” said Goran Samuel Pesic, President and CEO of Samuel Group.
Beyond the classroom, Moses has volunteered at the Ottawa Ferrari Festival and assisted with technical equipment and event preparations at his father’s church. These experiences have given him opportunities to contribute to community initiatives and support the work of a team.
Samuel Group looks forward to supporting Moses throughout his placement as he connects his studies with practical experience and prepares for the next stage of his education.
