Samuel Welcomes Former Raytheon Executive Deborah Ratushniak

We’re pleased to welcome Deborah Ratushniak as Senior Defence Industry Associate at Samuel Associates in Ottawa, Canada.

Deborah brings nearly two decades of senior experience at Raytheon ELCAN, where she held progressively senior roles spanning strategic communications, government relations, capture management, corporate strategy, executive briefing support and risk mitigation.

Her background includes supporting major booking growth, shaping complex NATO and international pursuit strategies, leading communications and government engagement campaigns, and advising executive leadership on strategic positioning and institutional alignment.

Her work reflects the kind of disciplined, strategic and outcomes focused leadership that is increasingly essential in today’s defence and national security environment.
