The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) remains a significant health risk and public safety concern for our people, clients, and business partners. Given the growth in the number of cases of COVID-19 in Canada, the U.S. and Europe and around the world, global uncertainty will continue to drive businesses to reassess the impact on their corporate operations, business reputation and the well-being of their workforces.

We Remain Open to Support our Clients

We understand that organizations have to continue to operate where possible, which includes continuing to provide our clients with a high level of service that they expect from us. We have taken additional steps to ensure that the timeliness and quality of client work remain unaffected.

Samuel Associates has invested in the right technology to ensure that our staff, associates and business professionals can work remotely. We have many options we can use and can accommodate our clients’ requirements as circumstances evolve. The firm can host meetings remotely via videoconference using GoToMeeting or Zoom as well as telephone conference calls.

We are continuously monitoring information from the Government of Canada and the Public Health Agency of Canada and are adjusting our business continuity plans as scenarios unfold. We will continue to update our website and social media channels during this national and global health emergency.

Thank you for trusting us with your business.
